Group CRM Specialist (Content)

Summary

As a Fortuna Group CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in this innovative and exciting journey.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver all content-based CRM activities according to monthly and weekly plans including” email, onsite/mobile messaging, SMS marketing and plenty of others
  • Ensure delivery of all CRM assets and contents for targeted campaigns
  • Develop and manage optimization plan for communications, its tools and subsequently report results and recommendations back to key stakeholders
  • Drive regular improvements for communications to optimize performance versus KPI’s and recommend improvements where required
  • Ensure day to day brief - build - delivery process runs effectively + efficiently
  • Become proficient in all marketing communication channels and utilize all relevant systems and tools: Optimove, Evergage, Xtremepush, Power BI

We Require

  • Sport and Casino enthusiast keen for information and impressive story-telling
  • Good knowledge of HTML and analytical systems
  • Experience as a CRM Executive/specialist or at any similar position is an advantage
  • Fluent English is a must, any of the languages spoken in Fortuna Group countries (Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian or Croatian) is an advantage
  • Goal orientation and growth mindset - always looking for further improvements
  • Proactive approach and ability to always finalize tasks
  • Excellent eye on detail
