Group HR Organisation Desing Specialist

Summary

We are looking for an HR professional who would like to take a part in an organisational design, someone who understands the business processes, workflows, activity analyzes and who feels confident to work very closely with our local teams in five countries across Europe. You will contribute to changes in organizational structures, the creation of roles and redefining job titles, capacity planning, and participation in budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process of creating and updating job description and job titles to ensure their correctness together with the maintenance of the database of positions
  • Complete the establishment of rules and processes for human resource planning
  • Improve tools for human resource planning and monitoring the difference between reality and the actual plan
  • Manage HR planning cycle through the group, work closely with colleagues from other countries and with the finance department to manage costs effectively
  • Collect important data from all countries and prepare necessary reports based on the data
  • Continuously seek further steps how to improve our methodology, reporting and monitoring of data, how we analyse them and be able to discuss their development
  • Participate in other related / follow – up projects – primarily in the field of remuneration, employee benefits and work aids

We Require

  • Previous experience working on a similar position within a big company (position of a financial specialist is an advantage)
  • Experience with setting up workforce planning processes and implementing planning systems is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, MS Access or SQL will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving things and a good sense of detail
  • Ability to implement new processes and tools and be able to teach the colleagues how the new process and tools work
  • Very good knowledge of English both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
