Group Enterprise Architecture Manager

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Group Enterprise Architecture Manager, who will ensure the establishment of FEG’s technology vision & strategy about betting and gaming unified platform and leading all aspects of the group’s products and services architecture. The Group EAM will proactively oversee the planning, development and execution of the Technology goals and ensures the platform architecture supports it, contributes to strategy and tactics across FEG’s delivery unit with the view to achieve profitable growth targets through KPIs achievement, efficiency of operations, return on investment in all Technology related activities. The Group EAM is to serve as a business partner to all relevant counterparties in the organization and other technology units, PPMO, Product, finance and others both at the strategic and operation level and keeps relationship with his architecture counterparts from integrated 3rd parties. The Group EAM will be key member of the Head of Architecture and Governance (HoAG) team management team and will have full responsibility for architecture aspects of FEG services.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures fit for purpose architecture of FEG platform supporting business needs
  • Provides holistic end-to-end platform business enterprise architecture including integration of 3rd parties
  • Is decision maker about selected 3rd parties from technical perspective
  • Defines architectural principles, methodology and boundaries for all delivery units and whole company
  • Is accountable for design creation for 3rd party integrations
  • Coordinates architecture for cross-value streams deliveries and projects
  • Approves design/architecture of all delivery units, both SW and IT
  • Approves any major change with architectural impact within whole organization (i.e. including marketing, finance, countries, …)
  • Ensures scalability and extendibility of platform to support business growth
  • Implements new technology trends, best practices and industry standards including security
  • Responsible for team management, people development and motivation
  • Technology strategy and roadmap planning
  • Perform further tasks, activities and projects linked directly or indirectly with the position and above mentioned responsibilities, set by the superior or other company’s management member.

We Require

  • University education, preferably computer science
  • Team leadership at least for 3 years
  • International experiences
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture
  • Experiences with cloud, CI/CD, agile, microservices architecture
  • Architecture knowledge of online portals and mobile apps
  • Good communications skills
  • Fluency in English
